We offer two services under one roof: home care — non-medical help with daily living such as bathing, dressing, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping — and senior transportation for medical appointments, errands, and outings. Because both are coordinated by one team, scheduling a caregiver and a ride is as easy as a single phone call.

Are your caregivers employees of CasaMainCare?

Yes. Every caregiver is directly employed, background-checked, trained, insured, and supervised by us. We handle payroll taxes, workers' compensation, and liability coverage — responsibilities that fall on the family when hiring privately or through a referral registry.

Is care available around the clock?

Yes. We provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. For clients needing constant supervision, we arrange rotating caregiver shifts, and our care team is reachable at any hour for urgent needs or schedule changes.

How quickly can care begin?

Often within a day or two of your first call. We start with a conversation, then a free in-home assessment to understand needs, routines, and preferences. From there we build a care plan and match a caregiver. For urgent situations such as a sudden hospital discharge, we move as fast as the situation requires.

Will my loved one have the same caregiver each visit?

Consistency is one of our top priorities. We match caregivers based on personality, routine, and care needs — not just availability — and work hard to keep that match in place. If a pairing isn't working, we'll adjust quickly. Consistency matters most for clients living with dementia, where familiar faces reduce anxiety.

Do you provide Alzheimer's and dementia care?

Yes — memory care at home is one of our specialties. Our approach centers on steady daily routines, safety supervision, gentle cognitive engagement, and respite that gives family caregivers a real break. Caregivers assigned to memory-care clients are selected for patience, temperament, and experience.

What happens if a caregiver can't make a scheduled shift?

We maintain our own staffing coverage, so if a caregiver is unavailable, our team places a qualified replacement and notifies you as early as possible. Your family never scrambles to find backup.

My parent is resistant to accepting help. What do you suggest?

This is one of the most common concerns we hear, and it usually comes from fear of losing independence. What works best is starting small — perhaps just companionship or help with one task — so trust can grow naturally before more personal care is introduced. Our caregivers are trained to build that trust patiently, and we're happy to talk through approaches during your first call.
